Frequently Asked Questions for Q² Tire Ceramic Tire Protecant Reifenpflege mit Versiegelung Lackpflege Bereits eine geringe Menge reicht Default color:Steel Grey (Dark Grey Variant)
What should I clarify if I need more time to decide on an offer?
Do not assume all components of a combined offer share the extension. Use the same reference when communicating your eventual decision.
What should I confirm before asking a seller to hold an order?
Ask whether the seller supports holds for this type of order. Do not assume an indefinite hold is available without confirmation.
How can I describe a product problem without guessing its cause?
Mention changes you made that could be relevant to understanding the situation. Use the seller's terminology only when you understand what it means.
